The Consortium and this website

The Digital Space Consortium is an industry consortium formed by its Founding Members to define and promote the Digital Space Interface, an open and royalty free API standard for onboard information processing, published under the Apache License 2.0. The Consortium was formally established in London on 21 July 2026.

The Consortium is not itself the operator of this website. BruhnBruhn Innovation AB operates digitalspace.world on behalf of the Founding Members and is the legal entity responsible for its content, its hosting and the processing of personal data carried out through it. Enquiries addressed to the Consortium through this website are received by BruhnBruhn Innovation AB in that capacity.

Nothing published here creates any partnership, joint venture, agency or joint liability between the Founding Members. Each Founding Member is an independent entity, responsible only for its own obligations.

Trademarks

Digital Space Consortium is a trademark filed by BruhnBruhn Innovation AB on behalf of the Consortium. Dacreo and BruhnBruhn are registered trademarks of BruhnBruhn Innovation AB. All other trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

The names and logos of the Founding Members are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners. No right to use any Consortium or Member name, trade name, trademark or logo is granted by this website. Requests for permission go to dsc@dacreo.io.

Specifications, roadmaps and timelines described here reflect current intentions and may change as the technical work develops. Applicable law

This website, its content and its operation are governed by Swedish law. Disputes relating to this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Uppsala District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence.

The Consortium Agreement between the Members is a separate instrument, governed by its own choice of law and dispute resolution provisions. Those provisions are unaffected by this notice.
