Terms of use
Last updated 28 July 2026.
Who you are agreeing with
These terms are an agreement between you and BruhnBruhn Innovation AB, Swedish company registration number 559438-8455, of Svartbäcksgatan 8, 753 20 Uppsala, Sweden, which operates digitalspace.world on behalf of the Founding Members of the Digital Space Consortium. References to we, us and our mean BruhnBruhn Innovation AB acting in that capacity.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What these terms do not cover
These terms govern your use of this website only. They do not govern participation in the Digital Space Consortium, which is governed by the Consortium Agreement and the applicable participation terms. They do not govern use of the Digital Space Interface specifications, which are licensed under the Apache License 2.0, and where those licence terms conflict with these, the licence prevails.
Acceptable use
You may read, download and print material from this website for your own reference, and quote from it with attribution. You may not misuse the site. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, introduce malicious code, place it under load intended to impair its availability, harvest personal data from it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
We may withdraw access from anyone who does these things, and serious cases may be reported to the police.
Content you send us
Do not send confidential information through the contact form. It is a first contact route, not a secure channel, and nothing sent through it is treated as confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing beforehand. Technical contributions to the Digital Space Interface are made under the Consortium Agreement and its contribution terms, not through this website.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Accuracy
Content is provided for general information. It is provided as is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifications, roadmaps and timelines reflect current intentions and may change. Nothing here is an offer, a commitment or professional advice, and you should not act on it without taking your own advice.
Links
Links to other sites are provided as a convenience and do not imply endorsement. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it. You may link to this website provided you do so fairly, without damaging our reputation or implying an association or endorsement that does not exist.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
The other Founding Members have no liability arising from your use of this website. Each Founding Member is an independent entity and is not liable for the obligations of the Consortium or of any other Founding Member.
Privacy
Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal data. They form part of your use of this site.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Uppsala District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence.
